Psoas stretch for low back pain with Dr Peter Solomon

In this video I briefly explain the function of the Psoas muscle (a highly important hip and torso flexor), how it could become faulty and how to properly stretch it to reduce possible low back pain and/or to increase power transfer from the hip into the torso.
